1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of IC (Intelligent Companion), operated by Koryis Ltd. By registering an account or using any part of the IC platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
IC is designed for students aged 11 to 18 preparing for GCSE mathematics. Accounts for students under 13 must be created by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised school representative.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at
Admin@koryis.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Each account is personal and may not be shared.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Individual Plan: billed monthly per student. Current pricing is displayed on the Koryis website.
- Family Bundle: covers multiple students in the same household, billed monthly.
- School Licensing: annual pricing agreed by separate written agreement.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
5. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly described including its duration and restrictions. We will notify you before the trial ends.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period except where required by UK consumer law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use IC solely for lawful educational purposes. You must not attempt to scrape or copy platform content for commercial purposes, reverse-engineer the platform, upload unlawful content, or circumvent authentication or security systems. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, question banks, AI models, branding, and materials made available through IC are the intellectual property of Koryis Ltd or its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
IC is an educational support tool. It does not replace qualified teaching or professional educational assessment. Koryis makes no guarantee of any particular grade or examination outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Availability
We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
11. Changes to These Terms
We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
